Cancellation Policy
*Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be used for/towards another appointment. *Deposit will be kept if client No Shows or Cancellations within 24- Hours of the appointment time. *Grace Period for Waxing Services - 5 Minutes *Grace Period for Lash Services - 10 Minutes *If your artist can still accommodate you after the grace period, a $20 late fee will be applied *If client(s) fail to appear within the grace period of set appointment, the appointment will be considered a no-show and a new deposit and appointment will have to be made. We understand that emergencies may arise and will allow a reschedule if an attempt was made to communicate within at least 24 hours prior to the set appointment time. *By booking with Aloha Brow Bar and its service providers you agree to have photos/videos taken and that can used for content, marketing or advertising purposes.
