Our Terms & Conditions are designed to define the legal boundaries governing your engagement with our website, establishment, and servicing providers. They establish the legal relationship between you, as our valued customer, and us as the service provider.
Understanding Our Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Procedures:

How to book: Booking is recommended through our website Alohabrowbar.com. If you are having trouble booking, please feel free to leave us a message at the Contact Form at the end of any page.

Confirmation: Confirmation email and text message will be sent upon booking. A secondary confirmation will be sent 24 hours prior to set appointment time.
2. Service Liability:

Aloha Brow Bar and its service providers are not liable for any issues (ex. allergies, retention, infection or injuries) that may arise after 24-hours from when the service was completed
2. Cancellation Policy:

Notice Period: Cancelations online or by phone must be done 24 - hours prior to set appointment time. If cancellation was made after the 24- hour period, a new deposit will have to be made before the new appointment is accepted. More than 2 late cancellations will result in a ban from further booking.

No-Show Policy: If a client is considered a No-Show, a new deposit will have to be made before a new appointment can be accepted. More than 2 No-Shows will result in a ban from further booking.

Cancellation Fees: Canceling after the 24-hour Cancelation period will result in a 50% charge of the set appointment price.
3. Arrival Time:

Punctuality: Please arrive on time. If you are early please wait in your vehicle until your set appointment time, unless otherwise instructed by your artist.

Grace Period: A 5 Minute Grace period will be allowed for all booked appointments.

Late Arrival Policy: If a client arrives after their set appointment time and past the grace period set for the appointment booked, a $20 Fee will be added to the total price of the set appointment.
4. Payment Methods:

Accepted Payment:
We accept Cash, Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay

For cash payment please bring close to exact cash payment due, due to limited change being handled at the servicing location.

Payment Timing:
Payments will be accepted after service completion

Deposits/Prepayments:
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another appointment.

Deposits are accepted upon booking prior to the acceptance of the appointment through the booking portal.
6. Refund Policy:

Refund Conditions:

Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-transferable for all services.

No Refunds or Credit on service purchases after the service has been preformed.

If you are dissatisfied by your service please contact your artist and they will better assist in helping you further.

Refunds for Products:

Items that have been damaged or opened upon shipping can be subject to a refund for the price of the items purchased by Aloha Brow Bar. This refund does not include taxes or shipping cost made by the purchaser.

Refund Process:

Refunds will arrive 3-7 business days after the refund was processed, to the card said purchase was made.
7. Pet/Service Animal Policy:

Service Animal Policy:
We gladly accept any registered and lisenced Service/Support Animal(s)
8.Guests:

We highly encourage our clients to come without any guest, including children under the age of 6.

The Studio is not child proof, and in result bringing your children is at your own risk and we will not be liable for the care and safety of your children

If a guest is necessary, no more than 1 guest is permitted.
9.Disclamer

We have the right to refuse any customer or to preform any service regardless if a payment was made for the service.

All Policies are Strictly Enforced.
